Create a new menu entry in Joomla backend:
1)
- In the Details tab, select the value "URL" for the menu entry type (like "Reiter_Details.jpg")
- Add the hash "#" to the link in the Details tab

- In the Link type tab, insert the CSS class for Link the value "eucookies-show-settings" (like "Reiter_Linktyp.jpg")
