Software installation fails

The system requirements are queried during installation and installed automatically if not available.
System Requirements: .Net Framework 4.5.2
Dependent Services: Windows Management Instrumentation, WMI Performance Adapter
If the dependent services do not start the installation will fails from the Connection Manager service. Please download the attached ZIP file, unpack and run the "Start-Services.bat" file: Right click "Run as administrator" from. The dependent services will be reset to the normal value. After a restart is the Installation of the software is possible.
